  • Ensure teams operate efficiently and deliver programs that meet Convene’s broadcast quality standards

  • Develop an immersive hybrid event experience for both physical & virtual audiences by integrating various AV hardware and software, including video switchers, IP encoders, digital routing equipment, theatrical lighting, etc.

  • Collaborate with Engineering & Development departments to maintain and upgrade control room hardware and software to encourage continuous improvement of product offerings

Produced, directed & managed over 200 live sporting event broadcasts to ESPN and GoBroncs.com with Ross Video switcher & graphics, AVID live replay, Dante audio, and 6+ ENG/POV cameras, including 120+ collegiate basketball games.

  • Maintained production and AV equipment and workflows, including Ross & Newtek video switchers, analog & Dante audio networks, Haivision & AJA IP encoders, telecom hardware & software, ENG/POV video cameras, and broadcast software

  • Produced hundreds of engaging short-form, long-form, documentary, and social media videos

  • Supervised and mentored a 40+ member team of students and freelancers across content & live production

  • Developed live production and content creation student internship program.

  • Purchased and maintained $600,000 fully-equipped mobile production unit and permanently installed production equipment at various sports venues on campus

  • Produced pre-game and in-game events and promotions via game day scripts

  • Directed live-streamed online broadcasts of Thunder games via MiLB.TV

  • Maintained and upgraded all existing production room equipment and purchased new equipment as needed

ESPN Monday Night Countdown // November 2016

  • Aided in faxing all run-of-show equipment and audio-visual systems in preparation for broadcast

  • Helped facilitate unpacking, assembly, breakdown, and re-packing of ESPN’s Monday Night Countdown set

  • Assisted ESPN cinematographer in capturing b-roll for broadcast by coordinating shooting locations, composing shots, and maintaining equipment
